Here’s the gist

Aditya Aquatic Foods serves aquaculture farms, and its farming clients had no real-time view of their own operations. Feed, water quality, stock movement, labour and sales were all being recorded, but mostly on paper and in messages. That made it hard to see what was happening across one farm, let alone several.

We built Aqualog to fix that. It's a mobile-first ERP with a Flutter app for field teams, backed by a central platform and admin panel. People in the field record and check operations from their phones, while managers can access the same records as they come in.

The result is a clearer, more reliable view of each farm, and a 30% improvement in operational efficiency for the company's clients.

The Challenge

Aquaculture is an operations-heavy business. Feed, water quality, stock, labour and sales all have to be recorded and reviewed, and the people doing the recording are usually out in the field, not at a desk.

With records on paper and in messages, information arrived late and incomplete. Problems were found after they had grown, not when they started.

Three things had to work at once:

Field teams needed to record operations quickly, on their phones, where the work happens.
Managers needed one reliable record they could trust for decisions, reporting and planning.
Across farms, every entry had to land in the right place at the right time.
