Here’s the gist
Isdaar is a platform for generating and validating digital certificates. The client wanted something modelled on certifier.io, but built around how they actually work. Several vendors couldn’t grasp the requirement.
We built it. It’s now used by more than 100 schools, with every issuer getting their own branded space on one shared platform.
The Challenge
Certificates look simple: a template, a name, a date and a verification link. In practice, an issuer has to manage many organisations, brand each one, control who can issue what, and let anyone check that a certificate is genuine.
The client knew the benchmark and had a clear view of the workflow. What they lacked was a team that could turn that workflow into software.
Three things had to work at once:
- The requirement had to be understood: the value sits in the details of issuing and verifying.
- Every issuer needed their own branding, templates and users, while the operator ran it all from one place.
- Verification had to be public and reliable, so any recipient or employer could check a certificate without an account.
So we built Isdaar
