Here’s the gist
Large transit programmes generate a lot of project management data, and leaders need it in one clear view to decide well.
We built a PMO intelligence dashboard in React, deployed on Vercel, as the intelligence layer for the Sound Transit QPMO.
The Challenge
A programme this size is tracked across many workstreams, contracts and reporting cycles. Its PMO data is only useful if leaders can see it quickly and in context. Before the dashboard, that data was spread across sources, which made it slow to review and easy to misread.
Three things had to work at once:
- Data in one place: it was too spread out to support fast, confident decisions.
- The whole programme at a glance: leaders needed to see everything and drill into the parts that needed attention.
- Fast enough for real use: reliable for regular programme reviews.
So we built it
